i'm constantly running across music that is crazy good and then forget that i just declared them MY FAVOURITE BAND EVAH - i think being Cancerian makes me a flibbertijibbet sometimes. so i'm going to start posting weekly music videos to keep track of it all a little better

Meursault is a band out of Edinburgh (Scotland seems to be producing a LOT of good bands right now). this is a live, acoustic version of their song Pissing on Bonfires but you should check out the album versions too as it's completely different. i think they have amazing energy and hope they get a lot more press in 2009.

I went out to the mummers parade last thursday, mildly hungover, on the verge of getting flu and bitter. it was also so cold I almost died.
