"I just saw this"

I just got an email with a link to the above Toddland Wallet saying "I just saw this and it reminded me of you"

sometimes there's so much that happens in a month that you forget all that was squeezed in that time

I got a lot of goodness back in my films today and this is just a splash

amongst friends

dinner parties are my favourite

I'm dreaming of staging something this big one day in my great big house that can hold a lush big table..

the idea of friends and food and wine is making me whistful

this particular party was hosted by ed. varie for the inspiring Apartamento Magazine in four days of a "pop up kitchen"

I'm tempted to order one for everyone. Or at least everyone I'd surround myself with on a lazy Sunday.

dance dance dance

ballerinas fascinate me. I was sat next to dancer in yoga this morning and spent most of the class peering over in amazement at her grace. Given that ballet is not in my future I'm just going to remain to live vicariously.

everything in it's right place

slowly but surely the walls are getting covered and two new pieces were hung today

The Parra print now framed is just what I'd hoped for. And I found the boy scouts' flag at a flea market last week and was excited more than was reasonable. I think it goes well with the old school clock that's right twice a day.

pip squeak chapeau etc

linen is just the most lush, clean thing in the world.

I'd quite like everything from the collection at pip-squeek chapeau etc.

I have a thing for tattoos on hands right now...

I wish I could legitimately get an anchor tattoo but that's a serious ill fit. I'll just have to live vicariously in the meantime.
